Sl into Starting Sc

2nd row: in starting Sc, Ch3 Skip next Sc, Sl
into next Sc, Ch3 Sk next Sc, Sl into next Sc.
Rep Sequence. last Stitch Ch3 Sl into Starting Sc,
Ch1 Fasten Off

Using the hot glue gun, add pom pom's and bow.
